Please read this page carefully before placing an order on DanceFMLive.store

Delivery Information

  • All items are inspected and approved 100% before dispatch.
  • Orders are securely packaged to minimise transit damage.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on courier and destination.
  • Tracking information is provided where available.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or misdelivery caused by incorrect information.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used
  • One-time use (including clubbing, raves, events, photos, or social media)

This policy exists to prevent abuse commonly known as “wardrobing”, where items are worn once and returned.

Any item showing signs of use will automatically be rejected for refund or replacement.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographic evidence of the damage
  • Photos of the original packaging

Evidence must be supplied before the item is worn or used. Claims without valid proof will be rejected.

Klarna & Clearpay Payments

Customers choosing to pay via Klarna or Clearpay remain bound by this Returns Policy.

Payment schedules, disputes, and third-party terms remain the responsibility of the customer. Please review Klarna and Clearpay policies before purchasing.
